How long will it take for my order to arrive?
I aim to have all orders handed to the shipper within 2 working days of receiving your order and barring any issues, they deliver within a couple of working days of me handing them the goods. The shipper aims to deliver within 2 to 5 working days though.
Please note that international deliveries vary and due to Covid-19 there have been unpredictable delays from time to time in different destinations.
Ooops I ordered it by mistake - can I cancel my order?
Sure - just get in touch with me as soon as you can. If an order has dispatched I may not be able to stop delivery in time. If that happens please get in touch and we’ll work on getting that item back to me and getting you refunded.
Who will you ship with?
Depending on the items I use either Royal Mail or Hermes and can supply you with the tracking number if it is sent by Hermes when the item is dispatched.
My order hasn’t arrived! What can I do?
The best thing to do is email me straight away on firstname.lastname@example.org and I’ll look into it for you. Most problems can be resolved with a simple email, but do let me know ASAP in case the carriers send the package back to me!
My item is damaged or defective and I want to return it, what can I do?
First of all email me. As long as you let us know within 14 days of receiving the order, and we have it back with us within 30 days of your purchase we should be able to refund you. We will need to receive the item unused back in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. You should receive a refund on the card you made your purchase on. Please see our RETURN POLICY for more details.
I’m not sure about this item, can I return it?
Sure, as long as we receive the item unused back in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Once again, as long as you contact me within 14 days and I have the item back with me within 30 days there shouldn’t be a problem.
How do I get my item back to you?
I’m working on a solution for this, but at the moment you will need to cover the cost of postage when you send it back to us. While the big companies can cover the cost of posting returns, I am still working with carriers to find a solution for you.
Can you personalise any of the items?
Yes, we offer personalised art print options. From the main menu, you can choose the 'Wall Art' option and that will show you the custom options. At the moment I don’t offer that service for any of the other products, but it’s something I’d love to do if enough people love the idea - just let me know!
Can you ship to the EU?
Yes, we can ship to the EU. With the situation with Brexit, there is some tax payable which is not charged through our website at the moment. Please note you may have some duty to pay when the parcel arrives in your country.
I am interest in your Jungle Wall Stickers but my wall length is taller than the 230cm length of the tree. Could I get extra tree?
Please message me on the website directly or email me at email@example.com. Then you can go ahead and place your order on the website. I will acknowledge your message and arrange the extra tree free of charge on my side.
Can you do bespoke orders for your cushion covers? I.e. different size or different printing for other animals?
I am currently unable to provide alterations on the cushions as they are purchased as they are. If enough of you would like something specific then do let me know and I can work on providing it to you!
Do you deliver your products internationally?
Yes, we do. We ship our wall decals and art prints internationally to most destinations.
We also ship our cushion covers internationally. It is very costly however, to ship cushions with their fillers, but it is more cost effective for both of us if you source the insert locally. Similarly with the framing, it is cost effective for both of us, if you source the frames for the prints locally.
We are happy to ship other products internationally but the shipping costs are sometimes really high so it is worth asking if you are unsure. Just drop me a note firstname.lastname@example.org and I will be happy to advise.
How does my paint colour choice affect the overall effectiveness of the wall decals?
It is best to consider the colour of your walls when applying wall decals. Our Adventure Animal themed wall decals feature white clouds which would look best over a slightly coloured background for contrast.
Also, our wall decals have a slight translucency. This finish really gives a touch of quality to your walls as it helps blend in the artwork seamlessly.This does also mean that if you already have a brightly coloured wall, you may not get the desired full effect of the design. For example, our Zora Zebra appears slightly green on a bright green background. To avoid this and for best results, we recommend soft neutral tones with a hint of any desired colour.
